Frei Medical Supply Kft holds a comprehensive inventory of leading orthopedic products in our warehouse. However, if your order includes items temporarily out of stock, the dispatch may experience a minor delay, typically within a range of 3-6 working days, unless we provide alternative information.

Please note that all listed prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and taxes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ascertain and fulfill any obligations associated with charges in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Our delivery conditions adhere to the Ex Works (EXW) Hungary standard.

Courier, tracking number & delivery time

Upon the same day of dispatching your order, you will promptly receive a shipment email furnished with a tracking number. This tracking number empowers you to effortlessly monitor your order’s journey, from its departure from our warehouse to its eventual arrival at your designated shipping destination.

We exclusively entrust the shipment of all orders to the internationally recognized courier company, DHL Express, utilizing their Express service. You can anticipate receiving your consignment within a swift 1-3 days from the date of shipping, and we are pleased to provide each customer with a tracking number for their convenience.

As you proceed through the checkout process, the shipping cost will be presented transparently for your approval within your shopping basket, encompassing the entire consignment. It is important to note that, as the importer of goods procured from Frei Medical Supply Kft, you are accountable for any local import duties or import taxes applicable at your import country’s border.

Most products dispatched by Frei Medical Supply Kft are accompanied by a minimum shelf life of 6 months, although there may be occasional exceptions. In such instances, we will reach out to you for discussion before proceeding with shipment.

It is essential to emphasize that Frei Medical Supply Kft cannot assume responsibility for delivery errors stemming from inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer or alterations made during the shipment’s transit.

Lost parcels & delayed shipments

The EU-mandated maximum delivery time frame stands at sixty (60) working days, in accordance with European regulations. However, it’s very uncommon for deliveries to exceed 1-3 working days within Europe. In cases of delays or missed scans, we’ll open a case with our forwarders, but we can only consider resending or refunding after the full 60 working days for EU deliveries according to European laws.

For packages held in customs

It’s important to understand that as the importer (customer), you are responsible for understanding and complying with your country’s rules and regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office if a package is detained in customs. You can either seek to release the package or reject it and arrange for its return to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue a refund for the product’s value. Please note that we can only provide a refund once we receive the returned package, and we cannot assume responsibility for the seized goods.
